Pacific Rumors: Lakers, Kings, Clippers

  • Legal analyst Michael McCann believes there's little grounds for a threatened referendum on Sacramento's public funding plan for a new arena, tweets Aaron Bruski of The city would raise money for its contribution to the building through the lease of parking garages and land.
