With free agency underway, the Bulls are eyeing multiple backcourt options, exhibiting "significant interest" in Mo Williams and Will Bynum, according to Shams Charania of RealGM.com. Chicago has begun exploratory talks with both players' reps, says Charania. As our agency database shows, Williams and Bynum are represented by Priority Sports & Entertainment and agent Mark Bartelstein.
A report last week suggested that Nate Robinson was set to part ways with the Bulls due in part to a likely reduction in playing time, with Derrick Rose on his way back to the lineup. I'd imagine that Williams and Bynum will also be seeking significant playing time, so it's not clear if Chicago will be an ideal fit.
Still, even with Rose, Kirk Hinrich, and Marquis Teague on board, the Bulls could face losing Robinson, Marco Belinelli, and Richard Hamilton this offseason, so there will be backcourt minutes to be had next year, even if they don't necessarily come at the point.
If this is true then that’s terrible. Keep Nate, bring back Ronnie, & pick up Samuel dalenbert or Zaza pachulia to give Jo-No some rest

How is it terrible?! Don’t get me wrong I want nate back too but Mo is just as good for scoring off the bench, he’s taller, a better defender, a three point threat that that can drive the lane. A starting point most of his career and when the Bulls want to play small he and can run point and two and vice versa. People complained about getting Nate last year too and look what happened. Complained about the bench mob before the 2010-2011 season because they were relative unknowns. And it’s not about AFFORDING players but every good gm worth his salt is going to gauge interest and see if a player will come to a contender for less money. That’s what free agency is…a period of time to negotiate!!! The Bulls are damned if they do and damned if they don’t. “Fans” are forever complaining!
The Bulls will not carry 4 pgs, if they do that, then they might as well put Teague in the D-league. They need a back up for Deng and Butler!!!

I Say get the best cheapest FA available, with the team they have, and pray they all stay healthy an try to make a run with this team if all fails then clean house…I feel they always find player/players to ill in…I like the 2 picks they drafted and now just fill in…I think if they was healthy it would’ve been bulls/spurs in the finals not saying we would’ve won it but we would’ve been there…lets all just stay put fingers crossed and let thibs and the crew do what they do …LETS GO BULLS
