Poll: Where Will Deron Williams End Up?
Deron Williams has made it clear he will test free agency this offseason. There will be no opting back in, unlike a certain other player we know. Williams is already talking about his options come summer and if one thing is clear, it’s that he will be the offseason’s biggest prize.
It sounds like Williams will consider resigning with the Nets if they are able to put together a contender-worthy supporting cast. Whether they are able to do that remains to be seen. So I ask the readers, where do you think Deron Williams will end up?
Feel free to offer any alternatives to options provided in the comments.

Poll: Who Is The Second-Best Draft Prospect?
Barring a major development between now and June 28th, there's no argument from basketball experts that Anthony Davis will be selected first overall by whichever team lucks out in May's draft lottery. The same consensus isn't evident for the rest of the draft, however. While Davis' teammate at Kentucky, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, has gained momentum as the potential second overall pick, he's certainly nowhere near the lock Davis is.
DraftExpress.com ranks Kidd-Gilchrist behind UConn freshman Andre Drummond, while both DraftExpress and ESPN.com's Chad Ford have Thomas Robinson of Kansas and Bradley Beal of Florida in their top fives. Ohio State's Jared Sullinger and UNC's Harrison Barnes had disappointing elimination games in the NCAA tournament, but are among the other players who have been discussed as top picks.
So we'll pose the same question that Reid Cherner of USA Today asked earlier today: If you're drafting second overall, and Davis is off the board, which draft prospect do you consider the best available? If your choice isn't listed as one of our options, feel free to specify and explain your vote in the comments section. And be sure to continue checking out our tentative 2012 draft order to stay up-to-date on which NBA teams have the best shot at a high draft pick.

Poll: Who Had The Worst Trade Deadline?
Earlier today, we asked which team had the best trade deadline. Based on the voting so far, it looks like the Lakers and their acquisition of Ramon Sessions are the popular choice – hard to believe considering the big names that were discussed as potentially on the move. Poll: Which Injury Will Have The Biggest Impact On Trades?
The news of Ricky Rubio's season-ending injury threatens to alter the landscape of the trade market. While Rubio is not a trade candidate, the Wolves have figured prominently in trade discussions of late, so a change in Minnesota's plans could be a change for several other teams as well. A number of recent injuries threaten to have an impact on the trade market as well. Luke Adams of Hoops Rumors took a look at some of those injuries Monday. Brook Lopez, a key figure in rumored Dwight Howard trades, went down March 4 with a sprained ankle that will keep him out three weeks. Jermaine O'Neal, once thought to be part of a deal with the Wolves for Michael Beasley and someone who could be a part of a Celtics blockbuster, is considering season-ending surgery on his wrist. Richard Hamilton suffered a right shoulder sprain Monday and is out indefinitely, a source of frustration for a Bulls team with championship aspirations that's weak at the wings.
So, which player's injury do you think will have the greatest impact on trades? Let us know what you think.

Poll: Which Team Is A Trade Away From The Elite?
Earlier today, we looked at five Eastern Conference contenders to key an eye on at the trade deadline as teams jockey for playoff positioning. Most people think that the Heat and Bulls are a step above everyone else in the East, and for good reason. As we near the trade deadline, let's look at the group below those two elite Eastern Conference teams. Which of the following likely playoff teams in the East would benefit the most by making a splash at the trade deadline? Who is a trade away from being able to compete with the class of the East?
For very obvious reasons, I am taking Orlando out of the equation here. Feel free to offer any trade scenarios this poll evokes in the comments section.

Poll: Who Is The Least Tradeable Point Guard?
Yesterday, Rajon Rondo and Deron Williams both put on historic performances that won’t soon be forgotten. Yet, funny as it may be, there’s a small possibility both of them could be traded before the trade deadline passes on March 15th. And so, as we ponder big names with franchise altering talent, let’s take a look at the point guard position (currently the deepest in the league) and ask which floor general do you consider to be the least tradeable; which guy would shock you the most if you heard his name switching teams sometime in the next 10 days.

Poll: Which Team Is Most Likely To Land A Star?
Last night we asked you which star is most likely to be dealt at the March 15 trade deadline, and so far the results seem split between Dwight Howard, Pau Gasol and Monta Ellis, with a slight edge to Howard. So, the next question is where you think those stars could be going before the deadline. The Nets, Warriors, Rockets and Lakers all seem to either be actively pursuing big names or have been frequently linked to major trade candidates. The Knicks always seem to be lurking around the perimeter of splashy moves, too. Without regard to where superstars might sign in the offseason, which of these teams do you think is most likely to land a marquee talent?
