Clippers Sign Norchad Omier, Sean Pedulla To Two-Way Deals
February 20: Omier’s two-way contract has also been finalized, the Clippers confirmed today.

February 19, 4:56 pm: The Clippers plan to sign free agents Norchad Omier and Sean Pedulla to two-way contracts, reports Jake Fischer of The Stein Line (Twitter link).
Los Angeles has a pair of two-way openings after recently promoting Kobe Sanders and Jordan Miller to the team’s 15-man standard roster. Omier and Pedulla will fill those vacancies, according to Fischer.
Omier, 24, played for three different college programs — Arkansas State, Miami (FL) and Baylor — over the course of five NCAA seasons. He averaged a double-double in each of those campaigns.
The 6’5″ forward went undrafted last year, signed an Exhibit 10 deal with the Cavs, was waived, and has spent the 2025/26 season in the G League with the Cleveland Charge. In 31 total games (28.9 minutes per contest) with the Charge, Omier has averaged 18.5 points, 11.1 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.0 steal on .603/.293/.774 shooting.
According to Basketball-Reference, Omier will be the first player born in Nicaragua in NBA history.
Pedulla, a 6’1″ guard, went undrafted last year out of Mississippi after previously playing three years at Virginia Tech. The Oklahoma native signed an Exhibit 10 contract with Portland last fall and has been suiting up for the team’s G League affiliate, the Rip City Remix.
In 36 games with the Remix this season, Pedulla has averaged 19.7 PPG, 5.3 APG, 4.0 RPG and 1.4 SPG in 27.7 MPG. The 23-year-old’s shooting line was .438/.359/.847.
The Clippers will have a full roster once the signings are official.
Blazers Sign, Waive Sean Pedulla

1:01pm: The Trail Blazers have added guard Sean Pedulla to their training camp roster, the team announced today in a press release.
Pedulla reportedly reached an agreement with Portland back in June on an Exhibit 10 deal. He’ll likely be waived before the regular season begins and become an affiliate player for the Rip City Remix, the Blazers’ G League team.
A 2024 All-ACC honoree at Virginia Tech, Pedulla transferred to Mississippi for his senior season in 2024/25. The 6’1″ guard averaged 15.4 points, 3.8 assists, 3.5 rebounds, and 1.9 steals per game across 36 contests for Ole Miss, earning a spot on the All-SEC third team. He suited up for Portland’s Summer League team in July, appearing in five games and registering averages of 5.0 PPG, 2.0 APG, and 1.8 RPG in 12.3 MPG.
The Blazers had a full 21-man preseason roster entering the day, but waived forwards MarJon Beauchamp and Andrew Carr, along with center Liam Robbins, in order to open up room for Pedulla.
Beauchamp, Carr and Robbins, who all signed non-guaranteed camp contracts with Portland last week, look like good candidates to end up with the Remix in the G League.
Sean Pedulla Signing Exhibit 10 Deal With Trail Blazers
The Trail Blazers will complete an Exhibit 10 training camp deal with Ole Miss guard Sean Pedulla, Pedulla’s agent, George Langberg of GSL Sports Group, informs Jon Chepkevich of DraftExpress.com (via Twitter).
A 2024 All-ACC honoree at Virginia Tech, Pedulla transferred to Mississippi for his senior season in 2024/25. The 6’1″ guard averaged 15.4 points, 3.8 dimes, 3.5 boards, and 1.9 steals across 36 contests for Ole Miss. For his efforts, Pedulla was named an All-SEC third-teamer.
Portland traded down to select Chinese center Hansen Yang with the No. 16 pick in the first round of the draft on Wednesday. Yang was the Trail Blazers’ only pick in either round, but the club also reached an agreement with another undrafted free agent, former Arizona guard Caleb Love, on a two-way deal.
Pedulla will look to earn a two-way promotion of his own with Portland through Summer League and the preseason. If he is ultimately waived, he’ll be eligible for a bonus worth up to $85K — provided he stays with the Trail Blazers’ G League affiliate, the Rip City Remix, for at least 60 days.

A total of 44 college and international prospects have been invited to the 2025 G League Elite Camp, aka the G League Combine, according to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype (Twitter link).

These prospects will meet with NBA evaluators and scrimmage for two days in Chicago starting on May 9, ahead of the league’s annual draft combine. A small group of standout players from this event are generally invited to stay in Chicago for the full-fledged combine that takes place immediately following the G League Elite Camp. Typically, at least a half-dozen players move on.
While the May 11-18 combine focuses on the top-ranked players in each draft class, the G League Elite Camp offers opportunity to prospects further down boards who are more likely to go undrafted.
None of the 44 players invited to the G League Elite Camp show up in the top 50 of ESPN’s list of this year’s top prospects. Williams (No. 58) and Lewis (No. 59) are the top-ranked prospects for the event, per ESPN.
The G League Elite Camp will give invitees who declared for the draft as early entrants an opportunity to see where they stand ahead of the draft withdrawal deadline on May 28. Not all of the players who participate in this event will remain in the draft pool.
Jose Alvarado, Terance Mann, and Jaylen Martin are among the current NBA players who once took part in the G League Elite Camp. Last year’s list of invitees was highlighted by Jaylen Wells, though he ultimately received a combine invite before either event tipped off.
Keion Brooks, Isaiah Crawford, Yongxi Cui, Enrique Freeman, Emanuel Miller, Nae’Qwan Tomlin, and Anton Watson were among the other 2024 participants who signed two-way contracts with NBA teams this past year, while Isaac Jones finished the 2024/25 season on a standard contract in Sacramento.
