Looking to clear space on their roster, the Spurs are shopping DeJuan Blair in trade talks, reports Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports (via Twitter). Blair fell out of the Spurs' rotation this season, and would be open to a move, Wojnarowski adds in a second tweet.

The Celtics are "aggressively" working to move up in tonight's draft, says Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports (Twitter link). The Celtics currently hold the 21st and 22nd picks in the first round, but are looking to land at least a late-lottery pick, if not something higher, according to Wojnarowski.

We're not expecting to hear a ton of Mavericks rumors until free agency gets underway and Dallas' pursuit of Deron Williams officially begins in earnest. But that doesn't mean the Mavs won't be active today. According to Mike Fisher of DallasBasketball.com (via Twitter), the club is exploring ways to get into the top 11 of the draft. Any deal would be contingent on one of a handful of desired players being available. Here are a few more draft-day notes out of Dallas:

Rockets Continue To Pursue Lottery Picks

The Rockets have slowly improved their first-round assets as tonight's draft approaches, but with three picks at Nos. 12, 16, and 18, the team is still trying to move higher. TNT's David Aldridge reports that Houston offered Kyle Lowry and the 16th overall pick to Sacramento in exchange for the No. 5 pick and Chuck Hayes, but that the Kings turned down the proposal.

Clippers Rumors: Bledsoe, Griffin, Draft, Odom

The Clippers are in an unusual position for the franchise heading into tonight's draft, holding only a single late-second-round pick. Accustomed to picking in the lottery, the Clips will pick 53rd overall tonight, having sent their own first-round pick to Boston and the Timberwolves' first-rounder to New Orleans. As Ramona Shelburne of ESPNLosAngeles.com writes, the Clippers want to ensure they make a habit out of picking outside the lottery going forward. Let's check out a few more Clippers notes from Shelburne's piece….

Lakers Rumors: Gasol, Flynn, Roy, Hill

A flurry of trade rumors surounded the Lakers and Pau Gasol yesterday, with Los Angeles reportedly "very open" to discussing Gasol trades. While Wednesday's round of rumors had L.A. potentially landing everyone from Josh Smith to Michael Kidd-Gilchrist (in the form of a top-five pick), I wouldn't be surprised if Pau is a Laker at the end of the day. There still seems to be a divide between what the Lakers hope to get for Gasol and the Spaniard's actual trade value, given his sizable contract. Here are a few more Lakers swirling around on the morning of draft day though:

Donte Greene To Become Unrestricted Free Agent

Two days after extending a qualifying offer to restricted free agent Jason Thompson, the Kings have decided not to do the same for Donte Greene, effectively making the former Syracuse Orangeman an unrestricted free agent come July 1st. Greene tweeted on Wednesday night, thanking the Sacramento fans for their support.

Jason Jones of the Sacramento Bee posted a reaction to the decision to let Greene walk.  Greene spent four seasons in Sacramento, averaging 6.1 PPG in limited minutes.  Similar to his time at Syracuse, Greene was never able to fulfill the potential that his 6'11" frame promised.  Still only 24, Greene is still a good bet to land an NBA job this offseason.

Draft Rumors: Wednesday

With draft night fast approaching, our Tuesday draft rumors post seemed to go on forever, and we're expecting things to be just as busy today. Earlier this morning, we published our second and final mock draft, but given the amount of trade chatter around the league, it wouldn't be surprising if some of our predictions were rendered moot within a matter of hours. We'll follow today's draft-related news and rumors right here, with the latest updates added to the top of the page throughout the day….

  • ESPN's Andy Katz tweets that Dion Waiters could now be a possibility for the Cavaliers at the 4th pick.  If Waiters lands in the top 5, his draft stock will have shot up boards over the past few months in historical fashion.
