The Warriors have signed first-round draft pick Brandin Podziemski to a rookie scale contract, the team’s PR department tweets.
The No. 19 selection in last month’s draft, Podziemski started 32 games for Santa Clara this past season and averaged 19.9 points, 8.8 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.8 steals in 36 minutes per game. He was named West Coast Conference Co-Player of the Year after transferring from Illinois.
Assuming he received 120% of the rookie scale amount — which virtually every first-rounder does — he will make $3,352,440 in his first season. The total value of Podziemski’s four-year contract will be $16,239,818.
Rookie scale contracts are guaranteed for the first two years, with team options on the third and fourth years. The 6’5” Podziemski, 20, figures to spent most of his rookie campaign in the G League.

No he’s not, he’s not even in the game unless it’s a created player. At best he’ll be rated between 71-72.
When you import in this years draft class and sim careers, he ends up being this great player instantly like hes 6th man of year in his 2nd year here:

Clique’s vids are too long for me to watch at the moment but he always uses community created draft classes unless he forgets. The game isn’t going to create a random draft class with Podziemski in it though.

I agree with you that the warriors need size, but come on dude everybody on this site gets your message. Every single warriors related post your on here talking about how Steve kerr sucks and the warriors lack size. How many times do you have to repeat yourself for your message to get across? It’s not like kerr reads this thread and gets influenced by your posts. They are going to do what they do, get over it already.
Kerr is a HOF head coach and won his fourth ring last season. How entitled do you have to be to complain about him as much as this guy?
Does anyone remember the Williams PF they were looking at last year? They have two players rights overseas too. They need a center taller than 6’10. Since they signed Joseph they can trade Chris Paul and his contract. Trade him for a center. A first and Paul for Turner and Heild. Paul for Brogdon, Kornet and pick? Trade Paul and Kuminga for Towns. Or sign Jahil Okafor
